Generally, we work between 10 am to 6 pm unless there is an urgency to complete the work.

Nestofix team will visit and make an inspection at your place, evaluate the scope of work and then quote prices. It is very important for us to first understand customer need and demand to bring in complete transparancy in the process

Validity of any quotation given by Nestofix is 7 days from the date of quotation

If you have any complaints, suggestions or feedback with regard to the service quality, or our service partner etc please report it to our Customer Support Desk at 7582060708 or mail us at support@nestofix.com. It is advised to do this within 24 hrs of service.

Nestofix and our team of qualified professionals / partners stand for very high standards of work quality. Nestofix will make it hassle-free for you as it will ensure timely delivery and will do all the work from planning until completion.

Our payments are unique. We take payments in easy and comfortable installments as per agreed payment milestones.

Nestofix project team will share updates with you on a regular basis.

Absolutely! We only bring in partners who have been recommended by our experts. We conduct interviews, check referrals, licenses, and do background checks on each and every service partner. Only those partners who pass our strict onboarding process are allowed to work with Nestofix. All professionals are given training on functional and behavioural skills by Nestofix trainers before they start work.

Yes, it is advisable for you to be around when the job is getting done. You are requested to take care of your personal belongings or valuables in the presence of our Service Partners. Nestofix will not be liable for any damage or theft arising in case of failure to do so.

Convenience fee ₹ 50.00 is charged by Nestofix which goes towards training of service partners and providing them support, safety and assistance during the service.

Refund for any cancelled service will be processed within three working days.

You will be able to reschedule or cancel a booked service only up to 2 hours before the time slot allocated to you for your booked service.

While we highly recommend you register with us first, you could place a service request on our customer care number without registering with us. You do not have to worry about unnecessary calls or messages from Nestofix.
